FORCE PLACED FLOOD

Our agency specializes in insurance products for lenders. Because of the federal flood laws mandating lenders to force place flood insurance when necessary, we offer two programs. These allow the lenders to easily obtain flood insurance with very little effort or paperwork.

Program #1:
Flood insurance through a Write-Your-Own Company offering the standard flood insurance program provided by the federal government. This is the same program offered by independent agents. Under this program, the lender furnishes some basic information which is normally provided on a real estate appraisal. We have software which generates an instant quote and a completed application. The lender only has to send in a check with the completed application.

Program #2:
Flood insurance underwritten by Lloyds of London. This program is not through the federal government. The rates are higher for certain flood zones. However, much less information is required to place coverage. No application, underwriting questions, or elevation certificates are required.
