2nd Mortgage Default Loan Protection

Credit Insurance to protect the lender's second mortgage loan portfolio against default, for any reason, i.e. skip, bankruptcy, divorce, etc. Coverage is extended to Property Improvement Loans, Home Equity Loans (including Line of Credit & Closed End Loans), second homes such as vacation properties and several other hybrid types of 2nd mortgage.

The Lot Purchase Program is an enhancement available on 1st mortgages for the purchase of a residential lot,developed or not.
